Following his portrayal of Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls, Robert Cuccioli,
who earned a Drama Desk Award, an Outer Critics Circle Award and a 1997 Tony Award
nomination for his electrifying portrayal of mad scientist Dr. Jekyll and his sinister
alter ego Mr. Hyde in the Broadway production of Jekyll & Hyde,
extended his stay in Pittsburgh and lend his directorial talent to the CLO premiere of this
Broadway blockbuster. In addition to his successful Broadway run in Jekyll
& Hyde, Mr. Cuccioli garnered Chicago's prestigious Joseph Jefferson Award for his
outstanding dual performance during Jekyll & Hyde's successful 34-week tour. He
continued his work with Jekyll & Hyde by making his directorial debut this past
summer at the Westchester Broadway Theater in Elmsford, N.Y.
